Plans for CVS & Walgreens, Jan 16

I still have several days to go, but since this week was pretty slow for me at Walgreens and CVS, I'll make my plans for next week.  I might go to CVS this week to check out the clearanced makeup, if I feel like gathering all my makeup coupons.

Walgreens:
I have $10 RR expiring next week, so I need to "roll" them with something, to get another RR that'll last another 2 weeks.
Joint Juice Glucosamine Chondroitin  is going to be on sale for $10, and you get $10 RR back.  I just printed a $1 coupon for the item at the mfr's website... so I can also get something for $1 that I need, pay with the $1 coupon and $10 RR, and get back $10 RR.
I would like to take advantage of that $1 to get 3 free boxes of Puffs, but it will only work IF Walgreens has the Puffs with Vicks included in the 2 for $3 sale.  If so, here's my 1 transaction plan:

Buy joint juice & 2 Puffs with Vicks - $13
Use $1 joint juice, $1 Vicks (Jan 16 paper), $1 Vicks (Jan 16 paper), $10 RR
Pay $0
Get back $10 RR (joint juice)

If no Puffs with Vicks in the store (and I haven't seen it recently), then I'll find something else for $1. 2 packs of Extra gum, 2 cans of Arizona tea, 2 packs of Carefree pantyliners, or whatever I fancy at the time.

CVS:
Only thing I plan to get at CVS next week is a box of Kashi cereal. It is on sale for $2.99 and I have a $3 coupon ordered from RecycleBank.com a while ago.  I guess if I don't get to the clearanced makeup this week, I can see what's left next week since I don't have much else to get.

Shopping Plans for Jan 9

This week was a super busy shopping week, with so many deals at so many stores.  Next week will be a lot slower.  I plan to do one transaction at CVS and two at Walgreens.  The challenge may be that not everything is in stock since these deals are so popular (esp @ CVS). Guess I'll go bright & early.

CVS:

1 finish tablets $3 - $2.25 = $0.75
4 Maalox $5.49*4 - $5*4 = $1.96
3 Airwick $6*3 - $4*3 = $6
1 Reese's $1.59
Total = $10.30

Pay with $10 EB and $0.30+tax
Get back $10 EB (finish/airwick), $10EB (Maalox), and $1.59 (Reese's)
$11.29 profit

Walgreens #1:
1 Gummy vitamins $5
1 Eggs $0.99
1 Glad cling wrap $1.99
1 knee highs $0.25
1 newspaper $2 Since I got a newspaper Saturday night, I can get a second Glad cling wrap for $1.99
Total = $10.22

Pay with $10 RR and $0.22
Get back $5 RR (vitamins)

Walgreens #2:
1 Gummy vitamins $5
1 Pill Swallowing Spray $5
Total = $10

Pay with $10 RR
Get back $5 RR (vitamins) + $5 RR (pill swallowing spray)
